Purchased On or Before 4/30/2025 – Covenant Warranty Info
- Submit a Warranty Claim Online: A service representative will contact you within 48 hours.
- Schedule a Diagnostic Appointment: Within 3 business days at an approved repair facility.
- Authorization Required: Before any repairs.
- Deductible: $100–$250 paid directly to the repair facility.
⚠️ Reminder: Failure to follow these steps will result in claim denial.
Purchased On or After 5/1/2025 – Confidence Plan Info
- 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first)
- Covers: Engine block, transmission, and internal drivetrain components only
- Pre-approval from Car Circus required before any repairs
- Diagnosis must be completed by an approved vendor
