Our Optional Warranty

Covered Components: Covenant will repair or replace covered components found defective under normal use during the warranty period. Covered components include:

  • Engine: Engine block cylinder, heads, internal parts, manifolds, and other listed items. (Exclusions: heater core, catalytic converter, fuel pump.)
  • Transmission: Case, internal parts, and torque converter.
  • Drive Axle: Axle housing, internal components, drive shafts, CV joints (excludes CV boots).
  • Cooling System: Fan and clutch, thermostat, radiator, coolant recovery container, fan motor, blower motor and resistor, and water pump.
  • Steering: Steering box, rack and pinion, hydraulic lines, and cooler (excludes power steering pump).
  • Suspension: Leaf and coil springs (only if broken), control arms, tie rod ends, ball joints (excludes sway bars).
  • Brakes: Master cylinder, lines, and calipers (excludes brake pads, rotors, drums, and ABS components).
  • Electrical: Alternator, starter motor, voltage regulator, and windshield wiper motor.

What to Do When You Need Warranty Service:

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim Online: A service representative will contact you within 48 hours with a service repair facility referral.
  2. Schedule Diagnostic Appointment: Schedule an appointment with an authorized repair facility within 3 business days of identifying an issue.
  3. Authorization: Obtain repair authorization for covered components after diagnostics.
  4. Deductible Payment: Pay the required deductible ($100-$250) directly to the repair facility.

Failure to adhere to these steps will result in the claim being denied.
