Our Good-Faith Committment

The Car Circus Confidence Plan is a short-term vehicle protection program that covers major mechanical failures shortly after purchase. It’s not a warranty or service contract — it’s a reflection of how we do business: with honesty, accountability, and trust.

What's Included

Every Car Circus vehicle comes with:

    • 30 days or 1,000 miles of protection (whichever comes first)
    • Coverage for catastrophic engine or transmission failure
    • Repairs completed through approved local vendors
    • Confidence knowing your vehicle passed a valid Pennsylvania Safety and Emissions Inspection at the time of sale

What's Not Covered

Transparency matters to us. Failures caused by abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or continued operation after a warning light or known issue are not covered. All repairs must receive pre-approval from Car Circus before any work begins.

How It's Covered

    1. Contact Us First: If a serious mechanical issue arises, call Car Circus before authorizing any repairs.
    2. We’ll Review and Approve: Our team will assess the situation and coordinate with one of our trusted repair partners.
    3. We’ll Make It Right: If the issue qualifies under the Confidence Plan, we’ll handle the rest so you can get back on the road — stress-free.
